As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;
Use the picture anywhere in order to promote myself (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters or project), unless stated otherwise prior to the commission.
In the case of commercial projects; I may share WIPs on my social medias unless stated otherwise.
You are NOT ALLOWED to:
Change, modify, or use my works for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial project.
Take credit for the art nor remove my watermarks/signatures.
Use any of my creations in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
In case of commissions for personal use; If you wish for the artwork to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet I'll charge you an extra $50 fee.

PAYMENT

Payments will be made through Paypal and in USD.I require full payment upfront before I start the artwork. Partial payments may be discussed for some Commercial projects.I will request payment to your Paypal address through an invoice.I expect payment to be received in the next 2 days after I sent you the invoice. If you won't be able to pay at that time, please let me know first so we can discuss any other agreements.
THERE WILL BE EXTRA CHARGERS FOR COMMERCIAL USE PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND.

♦“Commercial use” means that the illustration WILL generate you some kind of profit, whether it is monetary, in the shape of merchandise, or to promote yourself, a Youtube channel, an online shop, game assets, etc.

♦ WHAT COUNTS AS COMMERCIAL USE?

When the artwork is NOT the bulk of the product.Examples; promotional material, CD cover, game assets, business cards, etc; including Patreon, Youtube, store assets etc. Price will be multplied 1.5x-2xWhen the artwork IS the bulk of the product and you're reproducing or selling it. Examples, body pillow, postcard, prints, merchandise, etc. Price will be multplied 3x
♦ WHAT IS NOT COMMERCIAL USE?

Using the artwork as an icon/avatar for non-profit sites (such as your personal DeviantArt or Twitter), using it as your phone/computer background, or printing it to decorate your room (single copy).

DURATION

Please do not rush me! only commission me if you're alright with waiting.I'll try to deliver within a week after the sketch approval stage but I won't take no longer than a month unless the artwork is heavily detailed then i might take more time so please be patient with me.I'll inform you if I have something came up that might delay your commission.Need the commission done sooner? rush fee will be charged to prioritize your commission

REVISIONS & ADJUSTMENTS

during the commission process I'll be showing the work in progress (sketch/lineart/base color and finally the finished product)major adjustments (poses) can only be done during sketch stage. only minor adjustments will be entertained after that (colors/minor details that I might've overlooked)ANY MAJOR CHANGES REQUESTED AFTER THE FINISHED DRAWING WILL BE CHARGED ! (includes pose/expressions/artstyle) MINOR ADJUSTMENTS ARE ALLOWED SUCH AS COLOR TWEAKS/MINOR DETAILS that i might have overlooked
